Objectives: 1. To Introduce the 2009 MASCA National Committee and MSD Officers 2. To brief each States on MASCA’s development and related matters 3. To address any matters that has arise in each state 4. To brief in detail NCG 2009 and address any questions in regards to NCG 2009
Summit location: Manning Clarke Centre, Theatre 5 (MCC T5), ANU
Itinerary Date: 25th of April 2009 3pm onwards – Representatives from each state arrives and informs MASCA National or MSD of their arrival 6pm – MASCA National and MSD arrive 6pm to 7pm – Check in in YHA, Canberra 7pm – Dinner with all representatives (Nandos – self paid) 9pm – Delegates return to YHA or go around Canberra
Date: 26th of April 2009 10 am - Summit begins at ANU lecture theatre 12 pm - Lunch (provided by MASCA National) 3 pm - Summit Ends 3 pm onwards - Delegates leave to respective states
