Objectives:
1. To Introduce the 2009 MASCA National Committee and MSD Officers
2. To brief each States on MASCA’s development and related matters
3. To address any matters that has arise in each state
4. To brief in detail NCG 2009 and address any questions in regards to NCG 2009

Summit location: Manning Clarke Centre, Theatre 5 (MCC T5), ANU

Itinerary
Date: 25th of April 2009
3pm onwards – Representatives from each state arrives and informs MASCA
National or MSD of their arrival
6pm – MASCA National and MSD arrive
6pm to 7pm – Check in in YHA, Canberra
7pm – Dinner with all representatives (Nandos – self paid)
9pm – Delegates return to YHA or go around Canberra

Date: 26th of April 2009
10 am - Summit begins at ANU lecture theatre
12 pm - Lunch (provided by MASCA National)
3 pm - Summit Ends
3 pm onwards - Delegates leave to respective states

MASCA National is proud to announce that this year's National Conference and Games will be hosted by MASCA Queensland, taking place in Brisbane from the 1st of July 2008 till 4th of July 2008.

NCG is an annual event held by MASCA National and the other participating MASCA States, in affiliations with the Malaysian Student Department of Australia, to gather all Malaysian students all around Australia in a friendly and healthy environment. Various sports competitions between the participating MASCA States are held throughout the duration of the event. The long awaited Malaysia Night (MNight), taking place on the final night of the 4-days event marks the closure of this auspicious annual gathering, and it serves as a great way for contingents from all the 7 participating states to meet new friends and expand their contacts on the same time.

Here are some of the sports that will be played at NCG this year:
1. Soccer (Male)
2. Netball (Female)
3. Volleyball (Mixed)
4. Basketball (Male & Female)
5. Tennis (Men's Singles & Doubles, Women's Singles & Doubles, Mixed Doubles)
6. Table Tennis (
Men's Singles & Doubles, Women's Singles & Doubles, Mixed Doubles)
7. Frisbee (Mixed)
8. Futsal (Male & Female)
9. Squash (Male & Female)
10. Badminton
11. Rugby (Male)
12. Track & Field (Male & Female)
